I hired Metal Mongers to put a hand railing around our pool. I called several places and none of them made me feel as though I was a priority with the exception of Metal Mongers.
Timeliness: While others were quoting several weeks before they could start, Dan was able to come meet with me, look at the site, and make time for us.
Appearance: Firstly, the railing is just beautiful. My pool guys remarked that they thought we would just get a makeshift railing to pass inspection, but we really had a gorgeous piece added to our pool steps.
Above and Beyond: We initially agreed to leave the bottom steps uncovered by the railing as it was not mandated and it would cost more. After realizing the job would look much better with the railing all of the way down, Dan extended the railing and did not charge us. That’s just tremendous work ethic and pride in one’s craft.
We were just overjoyed by Metal Monger’s professionalism and dedication to our project. The job was finished over a week before he projected to finish and they worked on a Sunday to complete the job for us.
Dan and Metal Mongers are a first rate outfit which I highly recommend. You will be extremely pleased with the finished product!
