After seeing this companie's website I inquired about a service they offer. Spoke to a woman in the office who gave instructions about getting an estimate. I sent photos, dimensions, and amount needed. No response. Called a couple of times and left messages. Sent a couple of e-mails. Nothing. Small project without a deadline. Tried one more time after a month. Same woman finally answered the phone. On speaking she remembered my inquiry. Said she shared my needs with owner, Landon Ryan. Then stated they only do projects of 1000 pieces minimum! Not mentioned anywhere in his site. Wasn't mentioned in initial conversation. Since their was no reply to e-mails or voicemails how could a potential client know? The only thing known now is this business does not even have the courtesy or professionalism to respond to a potential client. Hopefully others can now avoid a similar waste of time. Might also be indicative of quality of services rendered.
