This company lacks communication skills. I ordered 2 very simple science. Time was a sensitive matter and I was told by Dave that theyd be done in a couple of days. I waited 5 days and hadn't heard a word so I sent an email asking for an update. Over the next 2 weeks there were phone calls, emails, And messages from my end checking the status of my order with little to no response. I was told 2 more times that it would be a couple of days still. A couple of days turned into 2 and a 1/2 weeks. I believe a company should be straightforward with their customers because no one appreciates being lied to. A few of the details were overlooked, not once but twice and I just accepted the mistakes because I was out of time to order elsewhere. I was also told that the signs would be $35 apiece. I ended up paying $106 rather than $70. I was charged an extra $30 for artwork **which I provided my own artwork and design**. I feel like I was led on, lied to and scammed. Next time I need signage, banners, stickers, business cards, etc, I will order from Sticker Mule or Vista Print. They are far more reliable, credible, punctual and straightforward.

MDCC has been printing flyers and programs for the Monroe Community Band for years. The quality is outstanding and they have never let me down on a deadline. Highly recommended!

I came in from out-of-state after the death of my granddaughter and I needed to have something printed up for her service last minute. I was on a tight budget and mentally and emotionally exhausted. I walked in to their establishment with two pictures and a quote that I needed to have printed onto some sort of card. Rozena (I hope I'm saying her name right) took that very little bit of information and made a very personal and beautiful in memoriam card in full color on both sides! She designed it and had 100 copies ready for me in about three hours! I can't thank her enough and I would recommend this company to anyone at anytime! Thank you so much for all you did!
