Mary went above and beyond my expectations as the selling agent for my Goleta condo. Since I was in located in San Diego, she efficiently coordinated all aspects of the badly needed renovation (new paint, appliances, countertops, flooring, hardware & closets). With her impeccable taste, she suggested products that were stylish and timeless, but somehow economically priced, too. Mary also marketed my condo so beautifully with both photos and a virtual tour. This was capped off by her hosting a very busy open house. We were in escrow with an offer that was way above my expectations that first Sunday night (post open house).
