I never write a review unless I read the previous comments. Very nice comments. A couple of them weren't happy, but that's o.k. Today was my first day going there. Nice location with ample parking. I needed a flower pot, wing nuts, and washers. The garden section was on the left. I went in and picked up a pot, I left it at the counter... didn't want to seem like I was trying to walk out. Looked around for what I needed. Couldn't find it ,I was lost. I walked up to the counter and stood behind the people in front of me. That line was for key making. I stepped out and saw a man walking quite lazy. I caught up to him, and I asked him where the washers and nuts were, the smell of alcohol shot through my nose. He pointed to the aisle. I noticed he had two finger nails painted red. #13 was where I needed to go for what I needed. Found the washers and the nuts, but the nut I needed didn't fit my screw. It went on but wouldn't screw down. I looked around for help, and here comes the same man who showed me the location. I told him the nut didn't fit, and I checked the sizes. He said, "Maybe we're out. Didn't walk to aisle 13 to see if i was looking in the wrong boxes. He just walked away. Thousand of nuts and bolts, and they were out. So I asked another person. He looked at the screw and said, "It was metric. That's why it didn't screw down. Metric nuts were in another section. I didn't know. We'll I purchased the flower pot and the hardware and was pleased. It was just the guy who seemed like he was drunk and just didn't want to work. This is a family owned business. The owner needs to investigate.
