Very expensive and not worth it. I marked the appointment via the website and the service was going to cost 265$, which for me is already expensive. After finished the service for some weird reason related to the type of product they used, they charged me an extra 100$ without the tip. The tip was very minimal compared to the service too. I felt bad because the girls seems to work hard while most of the money probably stay with the owners. Not returning there at all. I rather prefer paying less for an independent worker that is going to profit more.

I have been coming to Madison Reed since they opened in San Francisco in the mission. When they opened the Corte Madera store, I immediately switched locations because it’s the easiest for me to get to. I love that there’s parking. In addition and better than that, the staff at the Corte Madera store has been so consistent and they’re so amazing and they’re hilarious and we have such a good time every time I come to visit they all know me I know all of them and we have a great time every three weeks.

I love this place. If you are spending more than $150 on your hair color at a fancy salon, give Madison Reed a try, and Trish in particular. She is BMW service at Kia prices.

Suzette colored my hair. I needed a gray-resistant formula and needed help figuring out what that shade would be because it had to be different from the color I’d been using. She was able to easily get that figured out, then did a terrific job coloring my hair. Wonderful customer service, too.

Amazing service. I came in today with a broken ankle, and they couldn’t have been nicer! Gave me a chair and cushion to elevate my foot, kept asking how I was and give me coffees and water, and my hair looks great! Such a friendly place. A+

I am a natural strawberry blonde redhead. I came in looking to do a full color but be more vibrant orange/red

I am now a very dark brunette red. I have very light eyebrows and blonde eyelashes and extremely dark hair that does not match my fair skin and freckles.

I kept saying this looks too dark ...I am a natural red head that is going white underneath. They told me it was because my hair was wet that it was dark. No they made me a brunette.

I have reached out and hope they will fix me when I come home.

I am now flying out for two weeks to a speaking engagement (yikes)

Trish is amazing at running the place and doing my short hair choppy high and low lights. I love this place and also it is quick! In and out in a little over an hour. I'm a client for life!
