Wow ! I couldn't be more pleased. Lotus Media has done 2 projects for me, converting old tapes (reel to reel and micro cassette) to a digital format. We needed a rush job as we prepared to move overseas. Lotus Media was wonderful to work with! Professional, friendly, and super-efficient, they made it easy for us to get digitized copies of some old reel-to-reel audio tapes as well as ancient VHS. I used my own flash drive as the return media, and they recycled the original tapes. I had the flash drive back in the mail in only a few days. The whole process was seamless, and only required one simple errand out of our many tasks in our last weeks in the US. We especially appreciate that they're a small local business, woman-owned, black-owned! Working with Lotus for this project was a highlight of these hectic days of getting ready to go.
