Called them, their new address isn't listed. Told the person who answered the call about my typewriter. When I got there, The person I spoke to was the one that I gave my name and address in order to repair the typewriter. The person who I guess is the one that does the repairs came to check out the kind of typewriter it is. As soon as he started speaking to me, I got the impression that he didn't want to work on my typewriter. Then he told me that they didn"t repair them any longer. I told him that it wasn't mentioned on the Yelp site and I wasn't t told this when I called in. Then he gave me a quote for checking out the machine and I mentioned that the quote was different on Yelp. He said he would honor Yelp's quote then, he start in on how "old" it is and it was older than him. I don't see what that has to do with the repair of my machine and I told him so. I got the first impression that since typewriters aren't repaired by him any longer, he just didn't want to be bothered and his demeanor said this and I told him he didn't have to be insulting. He said he wasn't working on my machine walked away.

This is a small mom-and-pop Establishment, a shop that will change your mind about small shops, -don't do Business here. And what I mean by that is "price" you will pay heavily on a PC that's being serviced here or a printer, and oddly enough they also repair typewriters? if you need a new printer they will charge you at least 30% more. I urged anyone to buy from Amazon or Best Buy but stay away from this place.

Besides the other two reviews on this establishment are actual employees. That tells you a little bit of their integrity.

On the plus side this place has plenty of parking there's lots of space and very clean, restroom facilities are kept very clean.

The main showroom has a Corredor that leads up to the front desk where you will talk to the staff and there is wall to wall printers everywhere, on the other hand there's a little kiosk of coffee to drink from and also a free year calendar to take home.
