Used to be a local entity. Then L.C.I.D. sold its soul to Califreakshow some years back.
Water quality has plummeted as cost has increasrd %1000 in 15 years.

Very terrible experience. The water meter jump causing the reading of the water to be 8 times the normal used. we close the valve on the meter and our property and 40 gallon have gone trough the meter already within 3 day. (NO leaks at our side) They said we used 235,456 gallon of water at a coast of $358.09. we asked them to check the meter all they did was send 3 service personal plus another person to double check the reading ( no test were made to our knowledge) and told us that the water flow trough the meter and have to pay that amount. The older lady at front desk seen to be prejudices due to the fact that she keep making remark that we used the water. Very terrible service and experience. now we have to pay water that we don't even used. We feel that they tamper with the meter due to the lower used at that location. We request that meter to be close temporary till we pay that amount and make a report. I guess water meter don't get damage and last for ever.

They got it all tore up and pretty much closed to the public ..seem like they are never going to open it back up .it was the best place to go for cooling off for playing in water n fishing n hiking it had everything to do outdoor wise .once again another place taken away from us the local people can't take are kids there I really am upset about this
