We needed the bushes trimmed in front of the house. We didn't realize that the power outlet near the front door wasn't working. No one was home at the time. Instead of rescheduling (which would have been fine!) Brian trimmed all of the overgrown bushes by hand! He also said he would go over them again the next time he mows if we have power to the outlet. He also removed all of the cut branches. 100% satisfied!

As the previous provider was unavailable, I contacted Lawn Love. Almost immediately I received a response. Within an hour of my inquiry, my account was set up, I was matched with Matthew, and service was scheduled by end of week. As scheduled, I received notification and Matthew arrived sooner than expected to complete the work. Within 45 minutes, the yard was beautifully cut and trimmed. No issues or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised and anticipate the same positive experience with future services.

Did a great job on the cut. They showed up the day they said they would, which is actually a hard thing to find in a lawn company these days. Price is great for the above standard work they preform. No complaints from me.

Contacted, was told someone would come out the next week on thursday. No one arrived by 8pm so I called. I was reassured someone would be out next day. No one was. My pro was changed and said they would arrive on Saturday. No one came.

Three weeks of this, and then I cancelled. Horrible.
