Horrible customer service. Also I have lived next to Amy Barker for over two years. I have never once seen her or her husband out picking up trash. I've never even seen any trash on the side of the road. Fine community values all right.

Now the board members are giving themselves a good review on the better business bureau website, courtesy of Amy Barker. (Edit: The BBB has taken that fake review down as of June 6, 2024. Good on them. I've got the screenshot anyway).

They take forever to return phone calls. They don't have anyone to answer the phone, and the office is closed to the public. They might answer you weeks later. It's very true that they are Incredibly difficult to work with, have a low level of intelligence, and are excruciatingly slow to respond. They may also take almost a whole month to deposit your payment in their bank. If you have any problem that might require even a slight amount of flexibility or thinking, they won't do that. It happened to me, over invoicing issues. They do not care about trying to do better.

I reported them to the better business bureau for their horrible customer service, and they tried to intimidate me. Barbara the office manager said she was going to take the voicemail messages I left regarding the check they would not deposit, and send those to the BBB. I suppose she trying to say she was going to show them what a bad customer I am. Sorry, I was assertive, but I was polite and professional. Also, the BBB does not take complaints *about* customers. They only take complaints about businesses.
Barbara tried to lie about it again, but the BBB had already told me they had not heard from her. Which means that her claim that they just wanted to hear how I spoke to Barbara was a lie., and she really was trying to intimidate me. If you will notice, Wendy Legerton also posted about such an incident that happened to somebody else. This ain't Chinatown folks.

If I could' give 0 I would. Threats by water operator, verbal assault of female owners by board member. Mismanagement with no clarity and trace of funds and how being used. No financial audits or reporting.

Incredibly difficult to work with. Try to reach someone by phone with any level of intelligence is completely out of the question. They are slow to respond, if they respond at all. I would recommend using another utilities company if possible.
