Lariat Lodge Brewing – A Must-Stop for Drinks, Food, and a Flavor Explosion

We came to Lariat Lodge Brewing for the drinks, but the food quickly stole the show. The moment we walked in, the aroma of sizzling flavors pulled us in deeper, and we knew we had to order something more than just a pint.

The Birria French Dip was a standout—a bold, savory twist on the classic, with tender meat and just the right amount of spice that lingers like a warm, satisfying kiss. And the Reuben? Perfection. The corned beef was marinated just right, paired with the perfect amount of tangy sauerkraut, making every bite balanced and rich.

Oh, and definitely don’t skip the Bottle Rockets—these little flavor bombs are an absolute blast! The kind of snack that keeps you reaching for just one more, adding the perfect kick to the meal.

Drove from Colorado Springs just to try. Glad we did! Best Fish n Chips I've had in Colorado! Nice beer selection as well! Gogmagog is delicious! The Angry Elk is a bit bitter though. The Schnitzel plate was delicious as well! The person serving us did an amazing job! Everyone was friendly! We'll be back!

The food and service were wonderful. I really enjoyed the Swedish meatloaf. The bacon deviled eggs were delicious. My wife liked the fish and chips, however I didn't try them.

This place was AMAZING! The food was delicious, the service was great and the view was perfect! We are from out of town and wanted to experience a place that was away from the big city. Evergreen is beautiful and Lariat Lodge Brewing is in a perfect spot. After we ate we headed down to the creek and the lake for a simple and easy walk. Highly recommend it!

Really nice brewery with happy hour deals on appetizers. I got the deviled eggs, queso and chips, and a couple of beers. All were delicious.

Their peach salad is so good. Hubby got the smoked wings and said they are delicious. Good beer and drinks.

I had the bacon and Brussels salad and it was amazing. Best salad I’ve ever eaten. The service, however, was atrocious. My friend and I sat there for 22 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Finally we flagged someone down and he grabbed whoever was supposed to be our server. She came over, disinterested with no apology, and just said “what can I get you”, took our orders and the menus and left. The other guy came by when he noticed she hadn’t refilled our drinks and at least did that as well. Seems like Dani could use a crash course in how to be a server. Our tipping-heavy culture has produced a lot of servers who think a tip is a guarantee, and I’m sorry, but in my book it’s not. It’s earned, and she certainly did not earn it. Thank goodness the food was delicious enough that I will be back. Hopefully next time the service is better.
