We use this company twice once in 2009 from Orlando to Puerto Rico and again in 2014 from Puerto Rico to Boston and it was amazing everything delivered on time and the second time it was delivered earlier than expected. I highly recommend this company.

Since I have been moving back and forth,all my stuff has been sent by la rosa del monte, honestly I haven't had any issues,all my boxes have been in great shape,nothing broken,and they always ,I mean always,they have given me,a great service,That's why i recommend la rosa del monte, keep up the good service!!!

Well it has been 11 weeks since they picked up my belongings in PR and still have not received them in NY. I call all they say it’s in transit. They don’t offer a more detail information. They don’t call the Crowley to see what’s going on. Nothing. I asked for the supervisor and I was told he has not been coming to work. To try and call after 9:30 am because that’s when he usually shows up if he comes. I was also told by their assistant that a lot of other clients are having the same issue.

My mother used them for services and all they did was damage the majority of her furniture. Then had the nerve to say we purchased a good insurance to cover the damages I would not use there services ever again they dont consider that they are there to handle the customers personal belongings as if it was there's I am very unsatisfied with the service I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!

We were hesitant after reading so many terrible reviews, but we have to say that we are pleasantly surprised with the cost and service provided by the employees in the Bridgeport office and also in the Puerto Rico office. We shipped a couple of fragile items and took great care on our own to make sure that they were packed to our satisfaction. The pickup crew was quirky, but friendly and they efficiently wrapped, tagged and picked up items at two different locations. We also dropped stuff off at the warehouse, so we were concerned that all of it ended up being shipped/arriving at the same time. The office crew went through the entire list of items with us and finally gave us a price for shipping it all. This was the only part of the process that was hard to plan for since we didn't have a good estimate beforehand of what it would all cost. That said, the price was reasonable for our very large shipment and we were told it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive at the port in San Juan and that once the crew in San Juan received the shipment at the port they would call us to set/up delivery. Six weeks later we called the office and were told our shipment had arrived at the port. The PR crew told us that it would take 10-14 days to sort/prepare our shipment for delivery to the house. SInce we wanted to be there to receive the shipment we were also trying to coordinate our travel to be there when the shipment arrived. The PR crew helped us gauge when that would be and the shipment arrived to our house two days after we did. All items were accounted for, none were damaged and the delivery crew was efficient and friendly. Our fragile items included heavy glass doors and countertops, all of it arrived safely. My parents moved from Florida to Connecticut they send their stuff through this company. Not only that were late by two almost 3 months, when the drivers came to the house to unload my parents stuff they thought they were by themselves and started asking my 75-year-old father to help them with the stuff because they were heavy. I have the Video I will post this soon, Unless they reimburse my parents back.
