I recently visited KLS Aesthetics Spa on 4/12 and had such a wonderful experience. Taylor, who handled my chemical peel, was amazing. She was very kind and explained every step of the process thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. I’ve had both the Mandelic peel and, on my last visit, the Salicylic peel.

Nurse Jen, who administered my vitamin injections (D3, B12, and Glutathione), was also fantastic. She was professional and skilled, making the process quick and easy.

Belinda at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit.

The atmosphere of the spa is so calming, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. The customer service here is exceptional, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way.

I highly recommend KLS Aesthetics Spa to anyone looking for top-notch services and a relaxing, welcoming environment. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so positive!

Katrina and her team are simply the best. I go to Nurse Jen for Xeomin/Botox and have also seen her for Filler as well. I've had a handful of my friends go to see them as well and they all are repeat customers now. The results are always top tier, the environment is fantastic, and they are very LGBTQIA+ friendly. I always enjoy my appointments at KLS Aesthetics. The office is very clean, well managed and professional. The owner, Katrina, is very friendly and helpful. And I absolutely love nurse Jen! She's has a great eye and is very honest with her input, without trying to up sell. She makes me look and feel good, while still keeping me looking natural. As someone who is new to facials, Valerie assured me of every step and what to expect. She also thoroughly explained the long term benefits of maintaining a consistent skincare routine. After my first service, Valerie recommended daily moisturizer for me that has changed my skin for the better. I never feel pressured to buy more but rather motivated to choose the right products for me.

My favorite part of the service is Valerie’s massage. She is an incredible masseuse that knows how to relax all of your stress away!

I am beyond grateful to have found KLS. I’ve been to several different well known aesthetics spas for Botox and this was the first time I actually felt like the providers and staff cared about me and wanted to help me achieve my desired result. Nurse Jen made me feel extremely comfortable from the gate and patiently answered all my questions with expertise. She knows her stuff when it comes to injectables. It was my first time receiving a full face Botox and I’m thrilled with the results. Complete refresh!

I also received eyebrow and lip waxing prior to my Botox appointment with Valarie. She did an amazing job. I like to keep my eyebrows on the thicker side and it’s always hard to find an esthetician who knows how to clean them up and not take too much off. She honored all my requests and they look beautiful and I’m so pleased with the results.

The overall vibe was welcoming and kind. We all shared some laughs and I truly felt valued as one of their customers. I already have my next wax, facial and follow up appointment set and really looking forward to a day of TLC for myself. If you’re looking for a new spa for injectables and esthetics I highly recommend this place.

Received my first Botox treatment, and initially I was pretty nervous. But Jen is a gem. She was so knowledgeable, skillful and gentle. She put me at ease, such an amazing energy I almost didn’t want to leave lol. Needless to say, my results are looking fabulous and I am feeling more confident. I will not be going anywhere else for my treatments. Highly recommend Jen if you want amazing results and good customer service.
