I used KVM for more than 10 years for 100 year old house in Charleston. I was able to continue to enjoy my beloved radiator heat only because of their expertise in maintaining it. They were first recommended by my boiler manufacturer & the only company in Valley who actually knew what they were doing with boilers, which I learned by trying 2 or 3 better known HVAC companies there.

They were a huge help to me when I encountered inspection requirements when selling the property and needed upgrades fast. They helped me with other HVAC needs and quickly installed new water heater. Trustworthy, reasonably priced, prompt, polite and professional, I can’t recommend them enough!

Kanawha Valley Maintenance did an excellent job installing my new furnace and hot water tank due to the gas outage in Nov 2023. They were quick with answers, on time and the install was a breeze. They even took their shoes off when coming into the home to install my new smart thermostat. Would recommend them over any other heating and cool company in this valley because of their outstanding work. They went above and beyond to help me out through this stressful time! I’m glad they got called out to my house over the others! Thanks again guys!
