I had a great experience today at Jiffy Lube in Monroe, WA. The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was satisfied with the service before I left. It's refreshing to see a service place that truly values their customers. Big thanks to the staff for their exceptional service, to Nate and Ron—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Super friendly staff and good experience. The team seemed to work well together too. The service took a bit longer than expected due to an issue with the previous customer’s car. The manager made it right by giving me a decent discount for the time lost. Will definitely return in the future.

The only strange thing that happened was one of the mechanics (he looked about 15, very shy, very sweet), came into my car, opened my glove box, rummaged through my stuff to try and find a button of some sort, got black oil fingerprints all over my stuff and the outside of my glove box. There needs to be more training on care and etiquette. Otherwise, the oil change was fine and everyone was very nice.

The employees at Jiffy Lube Monroe were professional and helpful. I received a report about what services were recommended for my vehicle given the mileage and record. There was no pressure, only thoughtful recommendations that felt well informed. The services were explained to me, I was made aware of price points ahead of time and also when there might be a deviation. Another important detail is that they communicated well about the timing for all services and kept me updated. I definitely recommend this location!

Giving them 4 stars for being super convenient and not minding when I ask them to double check the plug and wipe off any extra oil that may have dripped. I also appreciated that they were honest about what I DIDN'T need right now (money is tight).

Always a great experience here. I was especially grateful to Tyler for taking the time to patiently explain the recommended interventions for my car at this time - without being pushy or trying to oversell it. For someone like me who is not a car expert by any means, this was greatly appreciated. The team is always quick and efficient, then I’m on my way worry free.

They were great! Not pushy sales like I had experienced in the past at other oil shops. Gabby, Ron and Nate did a great job and I was in and out quick!

Ron and (can’t believe I already forgot the other techs name sorry, and she was patient since I was in my wife’s car and didn’t know how to find the mileage when the check engine light was on ha) were great. Super quick oil changed, informed me of a small transmission leak and the dirty air filter, which was pretty gross, without trying to pressure into an add on. This is my normal go to place when I need an oil change.
