I had a unique problem that was going to be difficult to find someone to repair. I had bent the awning support brackets on my RV and it was made of aluminum. It didn't require any welding needed to be straightened so the rod piece would slide into the receiving sleeve also made of aluminum. After about an hour 15 minutes of heating bending and grinding it finally fit together without bending. I was very impressed with John's persistence in resolving the problem and his willingness to take this on. John is a true craftsman when it comes to working with metal as I saw some of his projects in his shop. He was very reasonable in his price for the repair.

The woman on the phone (Camille maybe) was exceptionally helpful in spite of not being able to accommodate my welding needs. Even went so far as to look up other business that she felt could provide me with the specific services I was looking for. Based off of just the phone interaction on a 1-10 scale I give them a 10.
