SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY THEIR CONTRACTS. Very rude customer service and their contract doesn’t cover anything!!! Second time we called and they said they could not assist us. Their contract is also very difficult to read and makes it difficult for understand what services are actually available to their customers. They wanted us to pay $30 for a plumber who came and said “ I can’t do anything right now, but you will need to buy a toilet and pay me for my visit.” Terrible service. I hope my review helps someone save their time and money.

As a NESC customer, I have repeatedly attempted to enroll in Safety Valve's combo plan, but after one month and 4 calls I get the same response - "Let me take your name, email and phone and someone will get back to you". They don't. 4 reviews for the thousands of CT homeowners who would likely want/have this service sounds to me like staff are writing them. If Ariana would like to sign me up, feel free to contact me. You have my info 4x over.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called about an in-home plumbing issue, and they said they only cover leaks, but, before that, they had said they covered all the pipes, fittings, valves, etc. We told the associate, and her supervisor, that low water pressure was one of the symptoms of the problem. They kept repeating ( must have been 20 times) that they don't cover low water pressure, and only leaks that we can see. Wouldn't a leak cause low water pressure? We explained that this was one symptom of the problem. Don't go with this company. I've been with them for years, and when it comes time to honor their contract they kick you to the curb.
I must apologize for my earlier rant. I called back and spoke to a kind, knowledgeable associate, who helped me to navigate all the exclusions, which are many, so I was mistaken, apparently, in stating that they don't honor their contract. Although I was irate from jump street, this outstanding associate did not flip out;- a master at her craft. I would advise potential customers that the in-home plumbing plan, essentially, cover outgoing water lines, other than the main sewer line, and seems to be so complicated on the in-coming water lines, that I wouldn't count on any protection for that. They did unclog my drain pipe, several years ago, and the plumbers used were competent and polite
