Hermosa Museum was such a joy to visit - the lovely lady (regretfully didn't get her name) who showed us around was so knowledgeable and passionate. We found out that the building used to be a high school and was used as the 'Carrie' 1976 movie filmset. Lots of surf history, retro posters and vintage photographs. Definitely recommend to anyone living in the area or passing through.
