Well, we had Havest Valley Pest Control back out after an initial one-time treatment. (See original post below) The first treatment was so effective, we decided to go for an annual contract (with a Winter-skip). We had our fall inspection and treatment about a month ago and within a couple of days, no bugs! These guys are good! On top of that, they are professional, polite, and inspire confidence. We are absolutely satisfied! Great crew, great service.

I have used Harvest Valley for years but had to cancel last year as we moved to a new home here is the valley just recently. They have done an excellent job at both properties. Not just the actual service but their customer friendly attitude, timeliness and thoroughness in doing the service. I couldn't be more pleased with Harvest Valley.

Excellent Service, Professional, Friendly, Personable.
Our house is located in the Lake Wenatchee, Plain, Leavenworth Upper Valley area.
We called Harvest Valley Pest Control after witnessing the owner of another company do a poor job of inspecting our house. The company owner did not put on coveralls, gloves or shoe covers for the inspection because he never crawled under the house for a close inspection. The company owner stood, peering into the crawl shining his light around under the house, yet reported the house had termites. Then, issued a extremely high bid to do the work.

We called Harvest Valley Pest Control. On the phone they were extremely helpful, professional, and the initial price quote, from $XXXX to $XXXX was more reasonable than the first company. We scheduled an appointment for an inspection and second opinion.

Rick from Harvest Valley Pest Control arrived on time (might have been about 10 minutes early). Rick put on coveralls, gloves and shoe coverings (to protect our carpets from dirt). Rick crawled through the crawlspace area under our house to inspect. He documented and explained his findings, no termites.

Rick said he could schedule an appointment to spray if we wanted to as a preventative measure, however he said it was not needed.

We could not be more impressed. Rick with Harvest Valley Pest Control spent time and did a thorough inspection, exceeding our expectations. Thank you Rick and Harvest Valley Pest Control.
