Contacted handyman due to high rating. They confirmed they did the job I was looking for and told me they would be by the following week, with no time or day specified. Waited all week and checked in on fifth day to see when to expect them... no reply. Checked in again next day too, to no reply. If anyone needs proof I have the conversation saved. Giving 1 star for the initial response and that is all. We now have lost a week on the project and will find someone reliable now.

Alex does very great work! Honest, hard-working guy and it is very evident. He takes pride in his work and doesn’t take shortcuts. We will definitely be hiring him and his crew for more jobs in the near future.
