Great first experience with GSR. We rented a compact track loader (SVL 75-2) with a monster 74" mower deck and a large bucket. The equipment was meticulously kept and in great condition. The machinery was amazing. It handled acres of grass, weeds, and invasive blackberry like a champ. It was equipped with a very robust special purpose polycarbonate door to protect operators from any potential potential debris while mowing (we didn't get any though). Overall great equipment, great experience, and the price was competitive. Gunner (the owner) was very knowledgeable and reasonable. Overall, great experience.

Do never rent from GSR. The worse experience I had ever had in a rental place. The costumer service it horrible. The manager it’s a rude guy who don’t know how to do management or be a leadership. They charge you extra for everything. Even if you take the equipment clean they will charge extra fee on that. It’s just horrible. No willing to wait for you not even 1 minute when your stock on traffic around the corner.
Disrespectful guys at the front desk. Specially the manager.

I hope the owner can see this and realize that he is loosing clients and people renting from them. Because of a bad costumer service and a rude and egocentric manager who thinks is the owner.

Just returned our chairs after renting them for a baby shower this weekend. They were perfect for the occasion, and we greatly appreciate how swift the employees were when loading up our truck. Even unloading in the rain this morning, I was met with a great attitude and friendliness. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others based on the customer service and cost!!

Great company and people! Rented a mini excavator from GSR. They were extremely easy to deal with, super friendly and great customer service. They dropped off and picked up the machine right when they said they would. GSR is the only rental company I will use going forward!

Worst experience of any equipment rental. If I could give negative stars I would. The owner probably would benefit from communication classes and training the employees to actually express the accurate policies of renting and prices. Doesn't respect local customers who have rental history here let alone female clients. Poor employee was super nice and the owner was disrespectful to his own employee. My repeat business is over. I'd drive an extra hour out of my way to not be treated so rudly and will. Gladly. Good luck with this shitshow.
