There driver's are rude they will ask where to put the delivery and leave it on the floor ( by working in the industry they know that is not aloud.) mosr of the time they don't speak English I had to pick up at their place we were told come get it it's ready I was waiting 2.5 hours then the order was wrong. The meat is low quality and over price. We only ordered from then when we were desperate. I no longer work in the meat business.

The customer service is down right awful. Trying to get ahold of anyone is next to impossible. You call to inquire about setting up an account only to be told to send an email. You send an email and you might get a response within a week. It’s incredibly frustrating. It’s 2021 and their communication operations is stuck in 1937. You’re basically having to wait for a horse wagon to arrive at your front door with Grand Food Inc’s response in the form of a letter.
