We recently purchased a manufactured home from Friesen Homes in Fortuna. We were aware of their stellar reputation for quality work, and they did not disappoint. Truthfully, at first, I was a little doubtful about buying a manufactured home based on older manufactured homes I had been in. However, after visiting their model homes, discovering it was half the cost of building, and much quicker to inhabit, it was an easy decision. What I hear most often from my friends and family is that this doesn’t look or feel like a manufactured home. It’s very solid and beautiful. I purchased the Creekside model that is 1188 square feet. Russell, Nevin, and the entire crew at Friesen were without fail always attentive to what was best for the customer and went out of their way to go the extra mile. It was a great experience, and I am enjoying my new home.

When dealing with such a significant purchase one expects a few bumps in the road but this team made it a true pleasure at each step. Manufactured Homes have come a long way. Friesen Design Build made my dream come true. I now have a beautiful home in the woods thanks to them. They are the most wonderful crew to work with! Very honest, reliable, communicate well, very knowledgeable and great builders. When they quoted me a price it was right on. I would definitely recommend working with Friesen for any building project or a manufactured home.

I have been working with Friesen for a few years trying to make our dreams come true! i had a different home in escrow and pulled out due to lack of communication. took some time to get our home, (due to covid) however they were very much on top of telling me what was going on every step of the way. we just closed yesterday, but i feel like i have made some good friends out of this as well. your only as good as your word and Friesen you win this 100 times over!!!! we love our home loved working with you all and look forward to keeping you all in our life! 🙂 cheers to one more happy home owner!!!
