Best brewery I’ve been to in Renton. I got to talk with the owner/brewmaster Ross. I was very impressed at how much they’re able to produce within such a compact space.

He gave me a tour just cause I asked if he ever gave them. His concept of creating modern German beers with different regional flavors is amazing! And their recipes are spot on! If you’re looking for a legitimate Bier Gärten this is the closest you’re going to get to being in Germany yourself, so if you don’t feel like flying to Munich, definely stop by here for something truly special!

They have the best German red ale I've ever had! They are extremely friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly with free dog treats. I keep going back.

Great little local brewery in down town Renton. Very good beers all on tap of course. Definitely recommend if your in the area. We will be back.. I think this place will be a good choice for this summer.

This is a pretty great little brewery. Apparently they make lots of small batches on site. That's awesome. The lady took waaaaaay too long to acknowledge me. She was stuck in a conversation about laundrey or something. But she was way too busy to say hello untill I grabbed her attention by shaking my hand at her like a 3rd grader.

Great brewery! They've been open for 1 year and have really tasty beer. I had the West Coast IPA and the Pale Ale. The West Coast IPA was really delicious, I'd come down from Seattle again just for this beer ;). I was here on a sunny Saturday and sat at the sidewalk-facing bar seating. Nice and shaded, but still get to sit outside. Friendly staff (owner maybe?). Lots of good games to play too, I'd definitely come back with a group of friends!

This is my absolute favorite brewery in the Renton area, no comparison. It is a family-owned business specializing in authentic German beer. There are also some other options if you’ve made a wrong turn in your life and don’t enjoy German beer.

As creeped into my late 30s, beer started to hurt my stomach. This is the only place I will consistently drink beer from now, as I’ve never experienced this issue here. I don’t know if it’s the ingredients or the way it’s brewed, but I’m so happy I can continue to imbibe such delicious creations at such a cute spot.

Other highlights: Dogs allowed inside & on the small patio, Plentiful dog treats, Friendly bartenders & patrons, Board games, Slightly off the main drag & a bit quieter, Growler fills.

Of note, this is a beer-focused establishment and no (meal-sized) food is on site. There are a ton of restaurants in the area, and you can always bring food into the brewery to eat.
