I just came in today to scan 28 pages and put them on my USB drive. The copier I was using would not allow me to download to USB. When I asked one of the staff to help me, he suggested that I email them first and then pick the USB function later which resulted in me being charged $16 for something I didn't need. The copier malfunctioned again and I asked for a refund at which point he simply stated "you should go to UPS store" and "you disrespected me and we're done". He then walked alway and went outside to smoke a cigarette . I lost my money and felt insulted by this man's actions. He does not belong in a customer service role at any job. I went outside and asked his name he said "don't worry about it" his coworker said his name was Bobby. Attached is a photo of the store and the employee smoking and hiding from my camera. At no point was I rude or disrespectful to anyone here and I deserve a refund. The employee needs to be fired for his actions.

*Terrible Experience with FedEx Printing Services - Avoid at All Costs!*

I have had multiple bad experiences with this FedEx location, and it's not just the service—it's the people. The staff has humiliated me, screamed, and yelled at me for no reason whatsoever. Despite the fact that they clearly need more business, I tried to help them, but it looks like they don't need or appreciate it.

The self-service printing machines are a nightmare—many of them are either broken or malfunctioning, and the ones that "work" frequently give errors and don’t print as expected. When I asked for assistance, I was screamed at and told to pay even before I even saw the printed paper. I was treated as though I was going to run off with the papers without paying—yes, while in my wheelchair. It's outrageous!

Every single staff member I've encountered here has been ill-mannered, and their behavior is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. You’ll thank me later.

If you enjoy paying and getting humiliated, then sure, you know where to go! Otherwise, stay far, far away from this place.

Really worst. The fedex guy refused to take the lithium battery return by saying we won't take hazardous things. Also I had return label from the seller. Other fedex has accepted it but it's longer distance from here.

FedEx locations the most convenient from Danville and from the freeway in San Ramon. They have the largest area for making print copies and dropping off for FedEx to pick up. The staff is pleasant up here with special orders from presentations to finding the printing large projects. I like this facility, because there is more than one person there to help.

It’s wild that people come on here to complain about a blurry passport photo. It’s incredibly out of touch especially considering everything going on. If you feel like you got bad service it’s because you were probably not very kind to your service people. I’m really sick of people coming on here acting like the employees unprovoked will not be kind to them. I’m sure that you walked in feeling entitled, gave them attitude and absolutely got the service you deserved. The fact that you posted that review thinking people would just side with you is literally gross. You clearly did whatever you did to deserve that and nobody has any sympathy for you. Went in at 1:50 PM today for passport photos. Once photos were printed, there is a blur on the photos and image was not clear. When I told the employee that the photo was not good, he was not at all interested in fixing it. He started explaining that its highest quality and 1080p. Employees doing passport photo services don't even understand the different between focus (blur) and image quality. I tried explaining him that even if the photo is taken with 100MP camera, if the lens is not focused, still image is invalid. Looks like he doesn't have enough training or qualification to understand the difference. When I asked for the manager, usual and careless reply that do what ever and he is not available. Totally careless and pathetic customer service.

I've had great experiences with this location over the last 18 months. They will e-mail a delivery notice along with a tracking number if I remember to provide my e-mail address. They carefully verify the recipient and sender address which is why I've switched to this location as apposed to other similar services in the area that unfortunately were accustomed to delays. If I show up and mail off an item before 2pm, I can have it delivered to Southern California by the following day which is a great service. The staff work well together and speed up whenever there is a line. I've noticed that even if there is a line of 5 people things move pretty quickly and the wait time is never longer than 15 minutes. I recommend this location to anybody who is looking for consistently great service.

I was sending off a phone for a trade-in option and my printer at home printed a bad label. I was waiting a couple minutes while the man helped another customer, and he checked in with me and let me know that they would help soon. They got another associate over to check my label and reprint it for free, and then taped it up and gave me a tracking receipt. Overall, super helpful when I was cutting it close with a deadline. I will definitely go back if there's something I need to ship.
