Dejavu of when you are warned of Mechanics that demand an upfront payment before even looking at your vehicle...

When you have more in pre-use charges than in actual usage, there's something wrong.

I recommend using a different water carrier, but just like with SDGE, it's a monopoly.

Truly exceptional service response times and attention to detail. Unfortunately the only aspect of their operation this applies to is shutting off customers water. Their online payment gateway operates like one from the early 2000's. It's 2017 and we have a utility provider charging a 5 dollar fee if you opt to use a credit or debit card. Remarkable! If you can make it through their '2 business day' processing period (sometimes 4-5 if it's anywhere near a day that could possibly be considered a holiday) and they haven't rushed out to shut your water off, congratulations! Consider yourself lucky. There are no options for payment plans should you fall behind. The only thing you can rely on is that you will be fined $30 should you not have the exact funds to pay them in time or become trapped in their online payment processor dead zone. Obviously they have taken great inspiration from the banks over the years and should be awarded a golden vampire squid trophy for excellence in screwing over the customer while enriching their own. ?

The worst water service I've ever had. Rude people whenever you call. We payed the same amount as all of our neighbors, even those with a pool and 4 more people in their residence! Asked to cancel water service and they verified they had. A week later and I'm still paying for a new tenants water. The new tenant has made several attempts to change the billing in his name, but they said they can't until I cancel. I've called twice and here we are, still paying for Fallbrook water while we live in Tennessee! What a nightmare.

There is something terribly wrong here! We only use a fraction of water and are being charged an outrageous amount in “other charges” for example, last month we only used $22 in actual water. Then $90 was in other ridiculous charges. We pay yearly taxes for this and they are taking out more monthly. What! FPUD told me these charges were only going to increase because they laid down faulty pipes that need replacing...? Please write to, The Board of Directors: 900 E. Mission RD. Fallbrook 92028 and tell them no more of this nonsense

I am giving two (2) stars because I am skeptical of my outcome. I am trying to get a remote water meter for my property and it's not looking good.
They need to review it and decide if I can get a remote meter. If so, my fee just to get a meter right next to my neighbor's meter on the street is $1,100.00 plus monthly fees. if not I would be paying $3,800.00 just to get a meter on my property. Plus Fees. F.P.U.D. almost make's impossible to get a water meter.
I truly hope F.P.U.D. will treat me fairly but after reading the review's, I don't know if they will.
We will see.

Water was shut off July 26-27, 2015 to fix some emergency water situation on Driftwood Lane. Would have been nice if someone from FPUD did a walk around the neighborhood to inform residents that they would not have water for "we don't know how long this will take to fix" period of time so the residents could have prepared for such before FPUD turned off the water. Not cool, FPUD. You owe everyone in the neighborhood affected by this a huge discount in their next water bills -- not only for your failure to provide water to them but for not notifying the residents and the major inconvenience you caused everyone.

Just moved to fallbrook and I can honestly say that this company works like anyother water company in California. If your afraid to get behind on your bill they offer auto pay which, if you have money in your bank and they don't take it then that's their fault and I'm sure they will bite the bullet on if needed. They were very quick in addressing my needs when I first moved in and happily answered my questions when I called so.

This Utility is a criminal organization, their usage and associated fees are nothing short of robbery. How can one person incur an average bill of $230 per month. I use minimal water, it's all the other extortions that you're bound too that kills you monthly.
