So glad that Fairfield has great places like Fairfield Bicycles. Billy is awesome and knows what he is doing. Was really easy to communicate with Billy and he was very informative. Such great service!!! We called at 5:45PM Christmas Eve not only was he open but asked if he could help us finish assembling a bike for my daughter that we had been working on for over an hour. He said come one in so we jumped in the car and off we went. Not only did he finish the job, took it for a spin and made final adjustments but did not charge us for his service. He totally saved our night and Christmas. We will definitely spread the word and recommend to anyone that needs an expert in bicycle assembling and repair. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas.

Fairfield bicycles is going to be a staple in the community. I took my son’s bike in because it wouldn’t stop squeaking. Billy quickly diagnosed and fixed it within 3 minutes. He was professional, friendly and willing to work with the community. He services all types of bike, Visit his shop and you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased a bike from Billy last month. It came in as expected, but had manufacturer default. Billy reordered the part, and stayed in contact with me until the part came in. I took my bike back in this morning and had the new part installed.

I took my son’s bike here because the last shop I brought it too installed the handle bars incorrectly. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He immediately put down what he was working on, pulled everything apart and identified the problem. Honest work with very fair pricing. I took my Trek mountain bike to Billy after I was quoted from another bike at a rate of over $300 because my gears were skipping . Billy took a day and made a simple adjustment and cleaned it which made my gears shift smoothly. He charged me a small fee for his hard work. Billy is honest and goes out of his way to make the costumer happy.

Read the great reviews online for service and I drove an hour to the shop where the owner greeted me and serviced my mother's cruiser that had been sitting for years! He had it dome in about an hour ! He had it all tuned up and done at a great price! Super friendly owner. I will be returning for all of my biking needs to this shop.
