I took my 3 grandchildren to Fairfax theater. I wanted one senior ticket 2 child for 8&10 y/0. And a standard for 13 y/o. I was told that all the tickets were standard price now. So I was charged standard general price across the board. This is not the correct pricing according to website. And the food is more expensive than other theaters. The seats were great and comfy but it also took them approximately 20 minutes to turn off bright lights for main movie. Not sure comfy recliners are worth incorrect pricing and high food costs

I love Fairfax Theatre! It is the best! The manager is awesome. I went to see a movie, but there were a bunch of teenagers being teenagers, so I had to leave. They refunded my money and gave me an extra ticket for the future!

I love this theater! I've been coming since I was a kid and there was only one screen. It's still wonderful.

The seats are so comfy! Total recline, spacious butt room, and soft, wide, padded arm rests for everyone.
Believe me, these seats are more comfortable than sharing the sofa at home with a dog or another human.

If the movies weren't so good, I'd happily doze off for a cozy nap!

Snacks are the usual suspects for theater fare: overpriced candy and addictive, greasy, mediocre popcorn that is mysteriously delicious.

Go on Tuesday when tickets are less than half price (at the time of this review, they are $6), and you won't feel bad paying for the concession treats.

They always seem to get current hit movies, they keep the place clean and temperate, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they seem to be happy at work. Whatever is going on behind the screens, it's working! Keep it up!

Why offer drinks and not sell them?

Mid movie I decided to get a beer for my husband and I. It was 7:45 pm. The poor teenager at the counter was so scared and said he’d have to ask the manager who was sitting 20 feet away behind the wall with his feet back and on his phone. He just shook his head no.

No big deal but the teenager was so apologetic and sweet while the manager came off as so lazy. Again, maybe I’m not understanding but why offer drinks in a display to not sell them?

Seriously some of the most comfortable reclining seats with moveable side tables. I mean all they are missing is a massage feature ?. Friendly staff and good movie selection.
Easy parking usually and close to good restaurants. One of my favorite movie theaters.

Our favorite local movie theatre. If the weather is cold or rainy, might have to buy ticket in advance, but love it’s no bother. Love the comfy reclining seats more than anything!
