Great people to work with and very happy with their cuts and packaging. Their bacon is amazing and their snack sticks are the best ever. They get you butcher dates worked in pretty fast and fit your schedule better than any other shop we've tried. Staff is amazing to deal with too. We currently have 2 cattle their and just had 8 pigs done recently and another cow. Everything on time and as promised.

I have just brought my first doe here for processing. Now I have come here for many years with my cousins family and others to have their deer processed and I think people should know how this family business is run.
I dont know any of these folks personally, but after going through the process, and seeing the work done on premises, I can tell you this is quite an operation. On the second day of deer season this year, I was by with my cousin and they had more than 300 deer to process. But they were well organized, the wait was actually pretty short and the system they had in place was efficient. Customers were all treated well and they had plenty of friends and family there to make sure everything was done right, everyone was safe and the customers got what they wanted.
I was really very impressed by the operation and I am looking forward to getting a call in the next few days telling me my deer is ready for pick up.
By the way- another good point- they have an awesome selection of ways and processing types for your meat. The deer can be made into sausage, hamburger or pork added- spices- practically anything you can think of! Also, there are options for you as to whether you want steaks (how many, how thick?) roasts, deer ground up, etc. And they give you a very informative sheet with your number on it along with prices and a number to call if there are questions.
A really top-notch, family business. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Asked for 90-10. Ground beef on right is from Eztold. This IS NOT 90-10 MORE like 70-30. Place is a ripoff!!

The beef turned out great! They dry age the beef vs wet and the difference in taste and texture is huge. Plus the price is terrific!
