I have worked in the veterinary field for more than 33 years. In the past couple of months, I have found myself in need of Eternal Paws wonderful services. I lost two dogs Luna (9 mo) and Kenna (14 1/2 yrs) within a couple of months of each other. It didn’t matter the age they were, they were treated with respect, honor and love because they were part of families that loved them very much. I spoke with both Nathan and Susie on the phone and they both were professional, friendly, compassionate and very empathetic. My little girl Nippy was killed by a dog on Saturday, Thanksgiving weekend. She was such a sweet and rambunctious ferret.I called the first number I could find online. Ashley from the Spokane office answered and made arrangements for Brian to meet me in Quincy 2 hours from the time of the phone call. Their office was closed but they still met me. I knew she was in good hands. The next Friday I went to get her and misunderstood the times they were in the office so Ashley and Brian once again went out of their way to come back to the office at 3:30 in the afternoon to come meet me so that I could pick up my baby girl. They had her I’d tag and ashes together in a velvet bag along with a card signed by everyone. They do care and I can never thank them enough!

Susie and her husband at Eternal Paws have been absolutely great. I have used them many times via my vet.....but he retired very sad day also in my life.....So when I lost another dog ( Quincy ) in April I called them. Eternal Paws in Quincy Washington is over the top with their customer service. They are very compassionate to your loss of a loving pet. Susie was so kind and understanding of my emotions. I lost my faithful companion, a miniature Schnauzer named Sweetie, of 7 years. While I was struggling with my loss, Susie researched a couple of domestic animal Taxidermy businesses from out of state to find the right professional fit. She talked to them about the procedure, so I wasn’t put through the pain of details. Susie took care of all the arrangements. I delivered Sweetie to Susie in Quincy and was surprised when I received her back in less time than promised. Susie emailed me pictures before the final processing step to make sure Sweetie was how I expected her to be. She was perfect. Susie delivered Sweetie to me in person and I was so happy to have Sweetie back home. She is beautiful. She is posed sitting up and when I look at her, I almost expect her to look back at me with her Schnauzer attitude. I highly recommend Eternal Paws for all the services they offer to anyone who has experienced a loss of their loving pet.
