I was very fortunate to find Electric Pony after losing a derailleur during a ride in the desert.

Mark, the owner, is one of those rare people that live and breathe passion for their craft, and ooze expertise and authentic human kindness. I ended up having my bike fitted with an electric motor while the work was being done, and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work and super fast turn-around.

I have used the service and advice from Mark at Electric Pony several times. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Services I have received included: flat tire repair, brake adjustment, gear adjustment, and puncture proof tire inserts. He even made a service call when my e-bike broke down on the road.
