Wow, I just received the electric mirrors for my master bathroom and they are gorgeous. The material is excellent, the design is beautiful and they are exactly what I wanted to level up my bathroom. The lighting is amazing for getting ready in the morning. The aesthetic is sleek and modern - exactly what I was looking for. Electric Mirror customer service was incredibly helpful. I love this product, and highly recommend this company.

very unique high quality , innovative mirrors, the kind you see in luxury hotels. i have a lot of good things to say about them from many different points of view: having met the founders/owners on many occasions, and knowing their values and what its like inside their place of business, and they are a client ive done work for too. great people, great business, WA state is lucky to have electric mirror here.

I'm a 5 star rated, A+ BBB accredited General Contractor that has been on business in Seattle for over 13 years (also a local Google guide)  My client purchased an Electric Mirror medicine cabinet through one of our local distributors. The first medicine cabinet we received was defective.  I called up "tech support," and they sent us parts, which were defective as well.  They finally sent us a whole new unit, which finally worked.

Meanwhile, my subcontractor at this point has installed, troubleshooted, uninstalled, reinstalled, troubleshooted, uninstalled, and reinstalled this device over three days. I asked him what he wanted for his labor, and he GENEROUSLY said $400, which should really be over $1000, easy.  When I contacted Electric Mirror about recouping our labor, Kiel Pidgeon (their customer service "specialist") said, "... our warranty does not cover install expenses. It is just for parts."   This is not an answer that I accept from their company, or the company that sold my client the product. Nor would my client as well.  I'm certainly not going to charge the client our labor on a defective product, as I'm a trustworthy owner of a Seattle area business that takes care of my clients.  Unlike Electric Mirror.

As I looked more into Electric Mirror, I found that their reviews across other platforms on social media (do a search) are horrendous, and apparently, their products are not far behind.  At this point, I have given them the chance to make this right by my client and my subcontractor who did the work and they have refused multiple times, so I am letting everyone else know of my experience.

Very poor customer care. Did not deliver on time as promised. Explained these where for ADA Handicap rooms and where needed by a certain date was assured they would be delivered in time. When not delivered and explained these where for Handicap persons Aaron Mischel Stated he could care less about handicap patrons.

I've been fortunate to stay at a few hotels that feature Electric Mirror's products--lighted mirrors at the Ko-Olina in Hawaii and a TV mirror at the PostHotel in Leavenworth. I love these mirrors, and can't wait to have one for my own home!
