This is a Clean well run family owned facility. I can tell you that from personal experience. To falsely defame a business (over the past 48 hours) because they have sold meat to a restaurant in the headlines for a political controversy is shameful. I fail to see how any reasonable adult could hold Donald's or any of the restaurant's purveyors for that matter accountable for what went down in Lexington Friday night. Reviews have an effect on small businesses.. Please show these hard working folks the respect and honesty that they deserve.

Great single-steer hamburger meat. Their steaks are dark red, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth tasty. They use their own field/grass feed cattle. Happy healthy cows. The meat is then aged two-weeks before it is processed. These are hard working farmers/business men and women. Don't give one star because of the intolerant bigots that own and work at Red Hen. FYI, Donald's does the processing, Buffalo Creek is the trade name of the packaged in product. I have no financial interest in either business beyond being a faithful customer and friend.

Local, clean meat at a good price. Also great if you need have your own animals processed. The staff here is wonderful.
