I guess if they could keep the power on, they would be competent here, but it's actually quite incompetent.
Anyway, the trailer was legal at 41 feet. It was overweight at 40 feet. Here are the pictures.
They do have a scalel on-site for us to wear trucks in and out.
The restroom outside well, it's outside and it's not recommended.

Follow blue lane for shipping. scale your truck trailer on in house scale and print weight on check in sheet fill out information and check in at shipping office. DO NOT ⛔️check in more than 1 hour before you appointment they will make you wait until you apt. I checked in 1:45pm for 6pm appointment got door at 6pm was loaded at 8:40pm. SLOWWWW❌

Very lazy & rude staff my appointment 04:00 pm . I check in on time . Door give me an one hours .loading start at 07:30 PM . Other place done in one to two hours. Nat done at 08:00 PM aur no working in my door

Diamond pet factory and processing plant in Ripon California it’s the worst please one can come and pick the load please do not waste your time here this is the first time I came here I would not come back here again this is just like you picking up a load of bottled water in Niagara water Stockton California, do not go to that place either my appointment was here at 5 PM I was here at 4:25 PM it’s 8 PM I am at the dock they haven’t loaded me red light is flashing, I repeat do not waste your time and effort is extremely rude people

Very slow process. Only one scale, you need to get scale in and out to get your paperwork. Seems like they need samples and makes things worst. Fast unloading but now need to wait to get scale out smh?‍♂️. Been here since 11am almost 3pm.
