Lizzy Vachon was not only my designer she helped me every step of the way from start to finish. I had a previous experience that did not go well and cost me thousands of dollars with another company so when I decided to start over I interviewed several other companies. After meeting Lizzy I knew she was the one for the job. My project included over forty window coverings to include Silk drapes, Pirouettes and Silhouettes.
Lizzy was not only friendly and easy to work with but her expertise and knowledge of design and style was more than I even hoped for. She pays much attention to detail and she spent several hours with me, scheduled numerous appointments to go over each detail to ensure everything went smoothly. The day my order arrived she came to the install and stayed until it was totally completed to ensure my 100% satisfaction. Everything was measured to fit perfectly and I could not have been happier. Lizzy Vachon Is exceptional! I enclosed a few photos yet far from all.

Our new awnings have transformed our store façade and conveniently provide outdoor space, shaded and protected from rain. De-el Enterprises removed and installed our new awnings in just a handful of hours. Very professional!

We contacted Tristan Swanson to order exterior shades for our western facing windows and retrofit all of the closets in our home. We couldn't be happier with the shades and the closets! Tristan worked through a couple of iterations with us and was knowledgeable and responsive. Our installers were top notch as well. We would highly recommend working with Tristan, and the quality of both the shades and the closet interiors are top notch.

Tristan and his team were amazing - from our first meeting until our job was complete! They were on time, set our expectations, were incredibly quick with answers to our questions, and made us feel like we were their only customer. I am writing this while enjoying my evening under my newly installed awning. We added the LED lights as an add-on, and I'm so glad we did. We will be able to use this awning well into late fall. It's an addition to our home that I didn't realize we needed (we have lived here 17 years), until we had it installed. Get one to add a room to your home! It's worth it!

Tristan was recommended to me by a friend and I was SO pleased with the service from beginning to end. Tristan was very knowledgable when it came to products and offerings. We had some very specific asks: weirdly wide sliding doors, my aversion to window treatments with string, some odd sized windows, etc. Tristan's recommendations were spot on. He just knew right off the bat what would look good, what would work and what wouldn't. The best part was that he was very respectful of my budget. He showed me more reasonably priced offerings and I never felt like he was trying to upsell or push expensive items. We had a really bad experience when doing window treatments for our old house. I didn't realize how badly we got upsold and ripped off last time until I worked with Tristan this time. We did ALL the window treatments for a much larger house for a fraction of what we paid before. Not only is DE-EL reasonably priced, the service was amazing - working with Tristan was great and also the installation team also did a phenom job as well! They were really fast, competent, polite, and efficient. They did all the rooms of the entire house in just one morning! They were really nice and well organized - came, installed, took all the trash away. I would highly recommend De-El for your window treatment needs!

I have been working with this company for over a year and I could not ask better service! My representative Tristan is always available at short notice for new orders. Turn around time for custom order blinds is exceptionally low. The installation crew is extremely fast and always does top notch work. The installation department are very easy to work with as well. I highly recommend DE-EL for any commercial or residential needs!

We recently had our master bedroom closet redesigned. Tristan was super helpful with picking out just what we needed. He was very prompt getting the layout back to us for ordering. Installation was as quick and easy. The installs were prompt and cleaned up when they were finished. Overall great experience with this company!!

We had our closet done in December 2018. Our salesman Tristan was fantastic to work with. We got exactly what we wanted and were able to stay within our budget. Installers were on time and did an awesome job. The quality of materials was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend De-El with no hesitation!
