Of course on a Sunday. We had a leak near our meter and called the water district it was quickly answered by John. He showed up and helped troubleshoot the problem. Very helpful and professional and we thank you for keeping our services on even on a Sunday.

I haven't had too many interactions with the Cottonwood Water District, but each time has been a positive experience. Today, a holiday, I had an outdoor faucet snap off, and John came over quickly to shut the main and give me advice on a quick fix (a plug, some tape, etc). He returned soon after and turned my water on again, making sure my plug was in place and not leaking. Polite, friendly and timely - thank you, John!

Very frustrated, the gal that answered the phone was extremely rude and all I was asking for was the amount that was due on my account. She snapped at me and said I’m right in the middle of billing, can I call you back? Then said or you can just wait for your bill in the mail....Worst phone etiquette I’ve experienced in awhile. Being kind to customers apparently isn’t priority to them.

Saw an employee (male early 50’s/gray hair) driving “Cottonwood Water District” dodge truck with a black tailgate (ca exempt plate) throwing fast food bags and garbage out his window before merging on the freeway. Ugh, so inconsiderate. Get rid of him!
