Very disappointed with the quality of service at this service. We needed to replace the brake pads, left the car to do this simple job. However, after receiving the car and the first drives, it became clear that something was wrong with the brakes. It turned out that when replacing the pads, the service incorrectly ground the brake discs, which led to their overheating.

Instead of admitting their mistake and fixing the situation at their own expense, they made us pay for the replacement of the discs. As a result, we paid for the consequences of their own shortcomings, although the problem arose solely due to the improper work of the employees.

This is unacceptable for a service that should ensure safety and professionalism. I do not recommend contacting them if you value your time, money and safety on the road.

Absolutely unprofessional approach and desire to simply make money on clients. We contacted them with a specific problem: a nail in one of the rear wheels, which caused it to deflate. Instead of patching or fixing this single wheel, they told us that they couldn't do it and offered to replace all four wheels at once!

What kind of good service can we talk about here? Instead of a real solution to the problem, they simply impose unnecessary expenses on us. It seems that they don't care at all that the client came with a specific task, the main thing is to get more money.

I do not recommend contacting this service. They clearly do not care about the clients and their interests.

Everyone were accommodating especially our salesperson Shelby Hernandes and finance person Bill. I highly tecommend toyota Concord. We were so happy that what we were looking were available for us, we got got to take it home the same day.

The best dealership experience my wife and I’ve had. Most dealerships try to pressure you to buy a ton extras you do not necessarily need (back end) however here they had a very gentle approach to it which was appreciated. All of the sales were extremely professional and fun to work with. A shout out to our salesman Jordan Kurz for convincing us to drive up from San Jose for their beautiful Supra. He was one of the main reasons we bought the car (obviously besides it being a Supra). I also want to recognize Andy (finance) who did not pressure us into any back end which ironically led us into buying the extended warranty. He truly made us feel at home in what typically is the part where you are trying to be sold more stuff.

In overall, incredible salesman, impressive finance department, beautiful car and fair pricing. I highly recommend coming here if they have any car you are looking for.

Josh our sales person was the best and most patient person we could ask for! We first had a very bad experience with their sister company Honda and came really upset and frustrated. Josh and JP did an amazing job on cheering us up. We came in the next day to purchase a vehicle. I saw a car I have been wanting since a young age and it was sort of like love at first sight. Al thought that car has damage and pretty high mileage we were able to negotiate a fair price which we ended up getting. Al thought I did caught onto the sales tricks as they tried to get more money from us. But I get it I also worked as a sales representative once. As long as u can caught on that. Thanks to Josh for helping us out and really being understanding with language barriers and differences. I did not feel judged compared to that trash Honda near by! Give the boy Josh a raise ?
