Concord Auto Body & Paint is the best auto body shop in the SF Bay Area. Hash (the owner) is very knowledgeable and professional about the auto body repair. His service is excellent and his price is really fair and competitive when compared with others. I highly recommend this auto body shop to you if you happen to have the need for auto body repair service.

Given the experiences I've had over the years I am very hesitant and cautious taking my car anywhere to be worked on. It is always a crap-shoot. Well, I am so glad I found Hash and Concord Auto Body & Paint! In short, excellent work, great prices, honest and direct information, and a very interesting and friendly guy too boot.

I've ended up taking all three of my cars to Hash. He first won my favor when he very successfully helped me navigate my insurance company who had given me a low-ball estimate to get my 2009 Honda Van repaired. In the process he was able to help me get some other minor pieces fixed at very reasonable prices. I was so happy with the work I immediately took my other two cars to him.

Now I find I actually enjoy going to his shop because I trust him as a person and a professional. (To each his own, but in addition to the auto work, I enjoy sitting down with Hash and chatting about various aspects of life! This guy is one of those philosopher mechanics, that actually does really good work. I love it!)

If I could give Concord auto body and paint 10 stars I would! The owner, Hash, is a very honest and kind man. I came in to get my driver side mirror replaced after a hit and run, and they fixed it for me in less than 30 minutes. No BS prices and no hassle, just friendly people and honest prices. I highly recommend them. They just gained a new loyal costumer. Thank you Hash!

My side-view mirror was knocked into and a piece of the plastic holding it together was broken. All the wires still moved the mirror itself, but it was hanging off the side. I called Mike's Auto first, they kept saying they would only do it "the right way" when all I asked was do they repair things like that. They started talking about warranties and parts, my car is nearly 20 years old with 200K miles on it. I just wanted my mirror put back in place securely. I called Concord Auto Body and spoke to Hash and he was GREAT! He said we can do something, bring it by. I showed up 30 minutes later and another 20 minutes after that it was fixed! He charged me less than the labor time for most places and he was also really nice. He did not try to upsell me any other services, he asked what I wanted (he could replace things so that the mirror can still fold in, but I didn't care about that, just wanted it stuck back on safely, which he did). He told me the benefits of the different things, but he also respected my choice and did not patronize me. I would go here again if I needed another service.

The entire front bumper assembly; lights, safety bar, grill, etc. had to be replaced on my Toyota Corolla. I researched several shops, the big chains and the smaller Mom and Pops. I found Concord Auto Body and took a visit to get an estimate. I was greeted by Hash the owner who was working on another customer’s car. He explained what needed to be done and his findings at first glance. I was impressed with Hash’s knowledge and the fact that he didn’t mind getting his hands dirty to work on the cars. Needless to say I decided to go with Concord Auto Body and was satisfied with their work. Hash and team did an excellent job on the entire repair matching the paint, installing new parts to spec and even took extra time after the repair was done to reinstall a custom headlight that turned out to be defective from the manufacture. His objective is to have a satisfied customer through his work and experience. He succeeded with me, I’ll be going back to Concord Auto Body in the future with any repair needs and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good affordable auto repair shop.

I first visited Concord Auto Body five years ago. Unfortunately, I've had to return more times than I'd like to admit but Hash is always great and does great work. He's fair and honest, and delivers what he promises. All that you can ask from a body shop.

I'm very happy with the service here. I had front and rear bumper damage. Hash is very experienced dealing with insurance companies. He used original parts instead of aftermarket to replace my damaged bumpers. He also got the solid foam inside the bumpers replaced, he explained it could save my life as the foam had already been compressed by a collision that it would be easier to compress again. Other places would have just put the same foam back in and the customer couldn't tell the difference as it would be hidden internal damage. The bumpers are exactly like if the car was brand new. I felt the work was done as quickly as humanly possible, I got my car back after 4 days, which reduced the cost of my car rental.

I've been coming here to fix my cars for years and they've always done a great job, from repairing simple scratched bumps or doors to major repairs. Hash has always been a pleasure to deal with and he really know how to take care of his customers. Work is always on time unless they need a part that is difficult to get as they use original parts as much as possible and sometimes they have to be shipped from out of state. Cesar is one of the mechanics there, he's been working there for years, that says a lot about the place. I'd recommend this shop over any other large establishment in Concord.
