Here’s another CMC review from a drivers standpoint, there’s a lack of efficiency; from being able to call and get general questions like loading and unloading hours, since hours of operation generally apply to the office staff not the shipping/receiving services. And knowing where to pull in once you arrive since space is limited. The process is painstakingly slow with an overhead crane. And I’m not looking for things to be rushed however, 3 hours and still waiting when there was only 1 other truck in front of me is still a bit much for a non hourly driver. Why is this okay/normal? Why is time something that seems to be taken for granted? However, CMC Steel in Auburn, WA is great and consistent.
