I contracted with Closet World for custom cabinets in my garage.

After signing the contract agreement, I experienced issues when I tried getting a hold of my designer, and their management team.

I needed to make immediate changes to my design. I tried calling my designer, but my calls went unanswered.

I left a dozen messages for management, and those calls went unanswered. This caused a delayed with my project.

I then wrote an email to their Customer Service Representative complaining about the issues that I was having with their design team. After that, a manager called me right away. All issues were resolved, and I was able to book an installation date.

If you don't need to make changes to your design, you shouldn't have any problems.

That said, I was very pleased with the installers. They arrived earlier than expected. They presented themselves in a professional manner and were very polite and respectful of property. They worked diligently in a way that showed care and consciousness in the construction of our new cabinets. The cabinets look beautiful - better than we expected! They left their workspace very clean.

Ultimately, I recommend Closet World. This is the second project that they have done for me, and their installers do beautiful work!

My husband and I are very happy with our custom cabinets.

Update: I called and talked to a manager,
Who stated that they are only offering me $300 because my grass was already dead, and even though I am unhappy with their design, they are refusing to provide any assistance to make this better or remove their product for a refund. This is the exact opposite of providing customer service and means this company does not care and only wants your money. Read their yelp reviews with others who are not happy with their lack of customer service.

After initially being contacted in regard to the damages done, we have not had a phone call back after we submitted pictures of our front yard and what will be done about it.

Our experience with Closet World has been unsatisfactory from the outset. Initially, the Sales Representative lacked clarity regarding the financing options when we sought clarification. Despite seeing an advertised promotion of 50% off plus Free Installation online after our initial quote, we explained that we couldn't proceed with the purchase at that time. Later, upon revisiting the numbers, we discovered we had been misquoted, with the revised estimate even higher than before.

Despite our reservations, the Sales Representative continued to push for immediate financing with a 20% down payment, insisting that the promotional pricing would soon expire. Conflicting information about the sale end date further eroded our confidence in their expertise,having discovered after hour 3 of the sales rep being at our house, that the sale ended a week earlier than we were originally told. Despite these concerns, the Sales Representative assured us of the value and persuaded us to proceed with the purchase, although the agreed 20% down payment turned out to be 50% down before installation.

Upon installation, the outcome did not meet our expectations; the installed product resembled something readily available at a home improvement store. Moreover, during installation, the technician inadvertently caused damage to our front lawn by igniting it while cutting a metal bar. This resulted in significant charring, further adding to our dissatisfaction. After talking with the technician, we were also informed that some of the specifications that the sales rep told us, such as the maximum weight limit of a shelf, were overstated.

Having paid over 2K for a product that we believe could have been achieved more affordably and effectively on our own, coupled with the damaged lawn and subpar appearance of the closet organizer, we are compelled to request removal of the organizer and a full refund. Regrettably, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Closet World's services to others.

So glad I did this project with Closet World! My assigned Sales Rep was knowledgeable. She came and did all the measurements according to the design/lay out I wanted. Then the installers just did that! Smooth process from start to finish. I also ordered more shelves after the installation and they came out perfect.

Our consultant, Jammy was very helpful and informative as well as patient, as my wife and I had numerous questions about designing our walk in closet! She was able to help us make good informed decisions with her assistance on something we hadn't dealt with and with so many choices it would have difficult!
