Cannot recommend Charbay enough! Both for their outstanding products (that green tea vodka, R5 whiskey, and of course the brandies!) and services. I've been using blending and bottling my own brandy with Charbay for 4 years, and what a rough 4 years it was! Not only has my Frisco Brandy won gold medals, a NY Times review, and many other accolades, the team has been incredibly flexible and supportive of the process. Marko, Jenni, Johnny, and the rest of the team really are amazing!

What do you get when you combine passion, generational knowledge, highest of quality raw ingredients, the finest distilling equipment, and most of all knowing nothing amazing comes fast or easy you get the fine libations of Charbay Distillery!! Starting with their R5 distilled from bottle ready Racer 5 IPA and you distill that and then let nature takes its course of oak againg you get a whiskey that taste like no other! Their Vodkas with one time distillation not stripping it down leaving the taste of the highest quality ingredients avaliable. All the flavors distilled in house with fresh yes FRESH fruits you have again amazing libations. So when you want to elevate your cocktails, your party and awaken your senses with amazing you want Charbay at your home bar! Once you taste them you will want to tell your favorite establishment what they are missing out on and that they too should have Charbay for their guests!

There is something magical about Charbay Spirits. I've referred to it as "that Charbay thing." Distiller Marko Karakasevic told me it is "the style" and how he crafts his creations. It's hard to describe the flavors that set Charbay apart from all other brands. His Double and Twisted Whiskey is spectacular. The R-5 Whiskey is hoppy and bright. And don't get me started on their aged Brandy and Distillers Port. No, I don't work for Charbay but have been a fan for over 20 years when they first released their Vodkas. I'm ripe with anticipation to see what is next in the line up.

Love these guys, my old neighbor introduced me to their products and them 20 years ago. Can't say enough good things. You should definitely find what events they have going on and check them out or grab a bottle at the store!
