I own a diesel truck repair shop and I needed a new seat of heavy duty steel casters for my transmission jack. So I walked across the street to Caster Solutions. They had EXACTLY when I needed, in stock, and for a very reasonable price. Nice to support another local business. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I run the YWCA food bank in central Seattle and needed rolling carts for our clients food bags. The casters on the carts I purchased couldn’t handle the weight of the food bags (700+lbs) and failed. When I reached out to Caster Solutions for advice, they responded within an hour. Greg was extremely helpful in understanding my problem and finding exactly the right caster for the job. Then to top it off he offered to donate them (enough for 8 carts!) in support of our work. This was above and beyond and totally unexpected, thank you! So if you want to support a great local business, that provides excellent customer service and cares about it’s community, this is the place!!
