Extremely rude customer service. We are your constituents you do not serve yourselves. You have been placed in your position of power to do due diligence for the people.

Just had a very interesting phone call somebody possibly the secretary for the Board of Supervisors. Extremely rude and will not listen to anything you have to say. Don't waste your time doing business or trying to change laws in Butte County. They do not have a shred of respect for their constituents.

Is anybody else tearing their hair out because Butte County is stuck in 1970?

They ignore us and do whatever they want. They’ve shortened our speaking time to three minutes because they could care less what we have to say. They do not represent us. They also ignore public information/FOIA requests. They’re totally breaking the law.
