I’m a designer so I am naturally picky about design details. I called at least 8 places and got 6 bids. Brothers Metal LLC was one of the most competitive, others came in at more than twice the amount. And I’m so impressed with the quality. All the joints are welded and the rail coating was even and smooth. What really impressed me was how careful the Brothers crew was with my garden. Not a single broken branch, no plants were stepped on…..and the area around the deck is densely packed. The big question is always would I hire them again? Yes, I’m going to call them back so they can redo an old stairwell railing to match this work. I wanted simple clean lines for an older house, and that’s what they delivered.

Not particularly impressed. As I pulled up, looking for a (scarce) parking spot, driving slowly right in front of their front door, obviously looking for the entrance and where to park, their driver pulled up right behind me on the dead end parking row and honked at me to get out of his way so he could pull in 20 or 25 feet farther... would have taken less than 6 or 8 seconds to wait that far. Then, although they list right on their van and signs that they do stainless and canopies as 2 of their long list pf items they supposedly work on, their person said they don't have the equipment their to do stainless or sheet metal, though it was tough to get a clear understanding of each other with the strong accent. And when I first went to the front door, they have no receptionist and their business hours have been peeled off... so I walked to the shop entrance instead as it was the only place I could find anyone. But it did give me an opportunity to see what metals they have on hand in the rack and despite listing an extensive list of applications, commercial and residential and stainless, aluminum and stel, all I saw was a basic selection of mild steel in a limited number of sizes and shapes on hand.

I don't trust their alleged areas of expertise and their employee and driver both seemed rude, my presence an inconvenience, and questions about their capabilities were stupid.

Won't be going back for so much as a tack weld from these guys.
