I asked for fresh turkey wings. The son gave me drums and then complain stating that I told him drums I said OK well can I have wings? He talked about him going to get the drums for the next 60 seconds always argumentative he came back with these freezer burnt nonfresh overly frozen bruised old smoked wings . I only purchased them because they were already bagged up
Will be giving this to someone in need definitely won’t be eating meat that can hinder my health will not be returning kinda tired of dealing with the same people over and over with the same nasty attitude

My god by far the best meat market I’ve been to in my life in originally from NY but from the time you walk in to the time you exit you feel like family Butchers are Amazing and give options on the cuts. Super Knowledgeable on preps don’t go anywhere else for meat and cold cuts in CT.

Disappointed in this establishment. I've gone to get meat for my elderly family member but every time I find that they are trying to cheat me in meat cut and price. I've been told the original Owner never allowed such business, these days its a different story. Elders sing praises about this establishment but I can't spend my money here for an honest exchange. I shouldn't have to succeed at a game of wits to receive what I am willing to pay for. The quality isn't worth the headache and insult.

Called in to make an order over the phone like I always do because I don’t drive and normally take Ubers and can’t have the Uber person waiting I called 35 min before closing for them to cut some oxtails for me and was told no because they are cleaning up and they don’t take orders over the weekend when I’ve ordered over the weekend twice before I’m a person that doesn’t care how great a place is if customer service isn’t there it doesn’t matter to me I spoke to Brandon “the owner” and you would think the owner would take the order I’m he said no we have to clean up I thought if a business is opened till 6 I would think I can come get an order 30 min before however me and my family will not be back this is not how you handle customers that support your business
