Ordered their pipe groover, but the mounting plate was missing from the box. Sent them an email, within the day they replied and shipped the missing part out FedEx 2 day. Unit seems heavy duty and looks well built. Haven't had a chance to use the tool yet, but if it's as good as their customer service, I don't think I'll have any problems at all. They just earned themselves a repeat customer.

We've purchased two core drills from BLUEROCK, plus all sizes of bits and a couple of extensions. Their products are fantastic; the stands really add stability and help the bits bite immediately, whether coring through asphalt or concrete, and no matter the temperature.

They answer the phone, return calls, and get your orders out the door quickly. They also follow up on those orders right through delivery. They'll happily answer questions about their products, and you can save thousands versus their competition.

Please consider the largest hole you will ever need to drill before purchasing. We didn't know the difference between them (and didn't ask) and purchased the smaller of the two, only to have to turn around and order a larger drill a year later. If you're not sure, get the largest one to begin with! You're still literally saving 3k versus the most popular brand on the market!!

I am a 69 year old homeowner that needed to core drill 2 three inch holes and 2 two inch holes through 14 inch thick stone walls. I got their handheld machine and it worked great. I was able to drill the holes myself and saved a lot of money. Counting the cost of the machine, the drill bits, and an extension I got but didn't need my costs was about 1/3 of what the professional company wanted. The machine worked flawlessly and did a great job. The staff at Bluerock was very helpful and courteous. Thank you guys.

I gave 5 starts to this company because they build great equipment for the price. I bought a mainline sectional machine almost two years ago and I haven't had a problem since. it's powerful and reliable. I recommend this guys if you just started your sewer, drain or plumbing company. I am planning to buy a second one because I am in the prosses to hire my first plumber in my company.

Awesome company! Their sales person actually convinced me that what I was intending to purchase from their company was not the best item to buy and wouldn't work well for my specific application.
