This church is decent and small with a mixture of hymns and modern worship! I don't agree with pastors wife Kim sharing the title of pastor or the speaking in tongues without interpretation. But pastor Kirk was very loving as well as his wife Kim! If I'm ever working in this area on a Sunday again ill be back!

Good sermons, very much like a family, and comfortable. I have always enjoyed the Wednesday night Bible studies the most, but that's my personal opinion. Every time I walk through the doors, I feel welcomed. The selection of guest ministers are pretty awesome. Support for the needs of the family and community are important to pastors Kirk and Kim. Visit anytime.

Well I got a lot to say about this place. I attended this church about 5 times a week for two years. And I still keep in touch with Pastor Kirk Sorensen and his wife Kim Sorensen.

If you're looking for a small cozy genuine Spirit-filled spirit-led sincere Church that operates in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and a Pentecostal way and yet is sensible and not crazy this is the place

This is a sane realistic Godly Holy Spirit-filled Pentecostal Church that does not go overboard and I have never seen them this allow or deny the fresh moving and act of the Holy Spirit

Pastor Kim Sorenson Kirk's wife is the worship leader and she is very talented and she is sensitive to the spirit when she is leading worship and this is just a great church hindsight is always 20/20 I do not live in Benson anymore and I really miss this church pastor but you know that I've told you that

For a small Church they have a full program Sunday morning Sunday night Wednesday night . with detail Bible study. And on Thursday night they have prayer and worship practice all are welcome. I think there is a senior luncheon twice a month on Tuesday at noon call and check

They do have outings and they do go camping they try to once a year on Mount Lemmon they're also very involved with Assemblies of God as a international denomination and also on a local state level

And I would have to say Pastor Kirk Sorensen and his wife Pastor Kim Sorensen are probably one of the most sincere pastoral teams I've ever worked with. Pastor will talk with you and pray with you and even cut himself short to take care of your need and to help you in any way possible. He has been there for me so many times and even now that I live in a different town we still talk and pray on the phone he's a really great guy he works very hard and they really loves the Lord Jesus Christ and he's really born again and saved which is important a pastor should be born again and saved. He has altar calls he anoints with oil but he's not a Pentecostal freak he's just a normal guy who really loves the Lord and allows the spirit to move and certainly encourages people to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and a Pentecostal fashion without going overboard

Pastor Kirk and Kim if you ever read this I love you both and I miss you so much and I just pray the Lord would really bless your work in Benson and everybody at Assemblies of God so grateful to have known you and to have been able to attend services with you as we lift up the name of Jesus Christ together
