Starbucks

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to hands down. The employee that helped me (Stephenie) asked for my order twice, yawned, scratched her eyes, didn't scan my reward, then spent the rest of the time talking to a customer while the employee did all the work... Then the wrong food came out. One of the most incompetent human beings I've ever dealt with. I'll be making yet another call to Starbucks service since their employees apparently no longer go through any sort of training .

After 20 individual attempts at getting an order right I give up. Iced coffee that has zero flavor for $6. I'm done with this location.

Nice workers, but they may want to acknowledge customers coming up to let them know they'll be with them in a minute. Otherwise fine.

They advertise a special, than when you go to order it, they tell you they don't have it!!! Happens alot!!!

Can this location get some staff that at least LOOKS like they enjoy their job?...

Driving through.. stop for hot coffee asked for caramel macchiato hot , worked said machine wasn't working !!!! so I order a hot reg coffee and got cold old coffee .. very disappointed!!

Staff is always amazing. They rub out of things quite quickly this however isn't the Starbucks fault it is the store manager Josh. They finally got a new espresso machine it's about time. There are some issues with the kiosk it's self like it's way to small and understaffed often. And there is a leak in the ice machine that seend water under and out the other side of the kiosk. Get it together there is enough freeway traffic to justify a new kiosk.

I don’t drink coffee so believe this or not but I’ve never once been a Starbucks customer. I have been inside of a Starbucks once to meet someone when I was living in Denver. That was quite a few years ago
