I'd give more then 5 stars! In a time of need they referred me to competitor that they knew would have the parts in stock to get heat back for family in need. I don't know to many companies who would do that in order to help someone. Very impressive and upstanding!

Just called to get availability and a price on an Aprilaire humidifier filter, gave him the exact model number and he said it was $18.31 plus tax. I checked last years credit card statement and I paid the same last year at BellSimmons. This year I went to Winair Shelton. The exact same filter (I have the box from last year) was $8.98 Plus tax. That's less than half the price. Understandably prices are a buck or 2 more in different stores but more than double. that's ridiculous. If you are purchasing anything large, check around for prices, might be worth you while. Sorry I had to give it one star, it wouldn't let me post it without a STAR entry.
